Being an international comes with its struggles that, in my years of psychological practise, I have come to find, are universal. Stress, anxieties, loneliness, depression, feelings of not-belonging, grief are just some examples of suffering that need an empathetic ear, compassion, and connection to work through.
At my practice, I offer individual therapy for adults, to work through your mental health difficulties in an insightful manner.
Therapy can be short- term, complaint-oriented and solution-focussed, or long -term, focussing on insight and/or changing long term patterns that might be causing you suffering and holding you back in your life. I do not follow a protocolised, one-size-fits-all approach. I believe that therapy should be tailored to your needs.

Fees
Individual Therapy (50 min) - €90Incase of insurance reimbursement, a rate of €110 applies
To start with, there will be a 15 minute call, free of cost, to discuss your complaints and needs.
I believe that psychological help should be accessible. For that reason, I employ a sliding scale for costs. Incase my rates are unaffordable for you, please contact me, and we can discuss your financial situation, and try to come to mutually agreed upon rate.
I do not have contracts with Dutch insurances, however some (international) insurances might have reimbursment policies. Please check this with your insurance.
